Class rates vary from monthly (regular dance season) classes, sessional (4, 6, 8 week) classes, adult classes (18+ yrs old) & privates (one on one lessons).

*GOLD PACKAGE-$75-unlimited classes-1 month to use it

*SILVER PACKAGE-45 minute class card-$60 for 5 classes-3 months to use it

Class Descriptions

  • 6 WEEK SAMPLER - Students will exercise skills & learn combinations in various genres such as Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Pom, Hip Hop & more. Great for new dancers but also great for the student who wants variety & wants to stay active this Summer.

​

  • AB ATTACK - This is a workout class with full concentration on abs.

​

  • ACRO – Progress in skills such as splits, walk overs, handstands, handsprings and other mat tricks.
    Learn Acro tricks in combination with dance choreography.

     

  • AERIAL ARTS - Learn the foundations of aerial silks & aerial sling/hammock. Build upper body strength, improve your flexibility & have fun learning to move with your feet off the ground! 

​

  • BABY WEIGHTS - Are you a new mom? Kick start your journey to getting back into shape while using your babe as your "weights." Spend time with baby while getting a quick workout in.  
     

  • BALLET – By practicing Ballet barre and center work, the focus is on foundational techniques that will
    improve strength and functionality as quality dancers.

​

  • BETTER BOOTY - This is a workout class with full concentration on the glutes.

​

  • BREAK – Touch on standing and ground Break dancing moves. These moves will be incorporated with Hip Hop dance choreography.

​

  • CHOREO BLAST - Put your mind to work by learning 6-10 counts of 8 of choreography in a different genre from week to week. Helps build memory for auditions and all around good for the brain. Bonus-learn a mini dance each class.

​

  • CONTEMPORARY – Combining aspects of Moderne, Lyrical, and Jazz dance, explore boundaries of
    movement through contract-release studies, grounded floor work, and fun and innovative combinations.

​

  • CREATIVE MOVEMENT - A fun way for students to explore movement through music & dance. This class will help develop physical skills, channel energy, stimulate imagination, improve self-confidence & much more.

​

  • DANCE WORKOUT - This dance workout class incorporates aerobic warm ups, Yoga and Pilates stretches and ballet barre exercises to strengthen your core. posture and artistry.

​

  • DO WOP – “Old school” style dance moves and music. Learn and perform popular Motown dances and lip-sync to the lyrics.
     

  • FAM JAM - Offered towards the end of the season in your choice of a 6 , 8, or 10 week session. Gather family members to learn a quick routine in any genre of your choice and show it off at recital in June.
     

  • FIT HOP – Cardio workout class guaranteed to make you sweat. Workout every part of your body while learning a short Hip Hop dance using basic moves in combination with fitness moves.​

​

  • FIT KIDS - A new approach to kids fitness! Kids will find new, fun ways to burn calories while they workout & play fitness games.
     

  • FLY TOTS - Mommy and me time incorporating a light workout for mommy and flips and tricks for your tot.
     

  • HIP HOP – Street style dance concentrating strongly on rhythm. Learn basic and intricate dance steps, incorporating your own personality for a fun class.
     

  • JAZZ – Fun choreography to upbeat music. Leaps, turns and other tricks will be incorporated with
    traditional and not so traditional movements.
    ​

  • POINTE – Dancing on Pointe will become an attainable and fun challenge in this class. Work hard
    physically and mentally on the simple but intricate exercises that are imperative to build the strength to sustain dancing on your toes.

     

  • POP ROCKS - Great for the recreational dancer. Basic Jazzy moves to Pop songs of today. Have fun with lip sync and dance.
     

  • REST, STRETCH, DESTRESS - Each week visit different ways to learn how to destress your life. Learn various ways to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul as well as relax them. This is a light, no thinking, stress free class to end your day on a good note and prepare for a restful nights sleep.

​

  • SALSA - Whether you or single or a couple, learn various styles of Latin dance such as Bachata & Merengue.

​

  • TALL & SMALL - Parent and child class. Usually divided into 4 or 6 week session. Tall & Small recital prep classes will be 8 weeks and participate in recital with there child in a specific genre of dance.
     

  • TAP – Rhythm tap focusing on musicality. More stylized version of tap dance.
     

  • TRICKED OUT – Concentrates on the newest tricks and technique. Touches on turns and leaps as well.

​

  • WALLATES - Use the wall to work out! This is a Pilates variation class where you will use the wall and your body weight to add resistance against gravity. Lengthen, tone & feel nice & stretched after class. 

​
